There are still a few who have yet to pay their annual membership. I think in most cases, this is simply because you may be unaware that there is a membership fee to pay.
Details of amounts and types of membership are on our website and have been included in previous emails and whatsapp messages.
At our committee meeting last night we decided to place a deadline of Friday the 4th July when your membership must be paid. If you do not pay, the committee will have to consider all alternatives which could include non-availability for selection. Please speak to your team captain if you would like any clarification. Your captain also has authority to discuss any allowances that we may be prepared to make.
We understand that there is a possibility that you may only play a couple of games this season. In this case our policy is that you can pay the lower reduced 'associate' membership amount. This entitles you to play up to and including 4 matches.
We do not want to stop people playing but it is only right that ALL players support the Club financially. As always if there is a problem, please speak to me or any other member of the committee. This will be in strict confidence.
